ORDERS
How do I place an order?
SHOPPING
1. Once you’ve found an item you like, simply click the “Add to Cart” button on right side of the product page.
2. A confirmation box will appear to let you know that the item has been added to your cart. Follow this process for each item you want to add to your Shopping Cart. You can keep track of the running total of everything in your Shopping Cart—just look for the cart link in the upper right corner.
CHECKOUT
1. If you are ready to checkout, click "Cart" button on the upper right corner.
2. On the “My Cart” page, double check your order to ensure the correct items, quantity, and color are listed. Click "Continue"
3. Input and choose your Billing and Shipping Information. Complete all required fields marked with an asterisk(*).
4. On the “Shipping Method” page, choose your shipping option. Click "Continue" and select your payment method.
5. On the “Order Review” page, double check your shipping and billing information, as well as the order summary. Click the “Place Order” button to complete the order. To find out how long it will take to receive your order, please refer to our Shipping & Handling section.

How long will my order take to get delivered?
All Sunday Reset orders are shipped from the US via USPS. Orders can take 3-7 business days once shipped to arrive at the final destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. It may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Due to global supply chain delays, some orders may take longer than expected to reach you. If you are experiencing any additional delays with your order, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page.

Do you collect sales taxes?
Domestic sales tax will be collected in accordance with sales tax laws and regulations imposed by each state. Sales tax, if any, will be shown under subtotal during checkout.
My order shows it was delivered, but I can't locate it. What do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Sometimes after a day, the package shows up.
Letter carrier may have placed it in a safer location including mailbox, porch or garage. Also, check with others in your house that may have accepted it. In rare cases, package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours.
However, after waiting a day it still doesn't show up, please make sure to:
- Check if the provided shipping address is correct.
- Checking with your neighbors or family members to confirm the package was not left with them.
- Looking at surrounding areas to confirm if the package was left around the premises.
- Contacting the carrier as sometimes instances with a mis-scan may occur.
If the incorrect address is entered at checkout, customer will have to cover postage charge to be resent if it has been returned back to us. Sunday Reset is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels, and does not offer replacement packages.

Can discount codes and/or offers be combined?
Only one (1) discount code will apply at checkout. Offers cannot be combined.
My coupon code didn't apply when I placed my order.
Please contact us BEFORE you place an order. We are unable to honor sale and/or promotional pricing or promo codes once an order has been completed. In addition, we cannot honor sale / promotional pricing once a sale or promotion has ended. We do not allow stacked discounts. Promo / coupon codes exclude non-USA orders.
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
We will do our best to process order cancellations (and/or changes) but our ability to do so depends on if we can “catch” your order before it ships out. Please reach out to us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible for a cancellation/change request so we can determine if we are still able to process the cancellation/change.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We have a no returns policy as all sales are final.
For refunds on returned parcels (unable to be delivered), we will deduct 15% off the order amount to cover handling & postage fees.
In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page within 20 days days of purchase, along with photos of the damaged product(s).
Can I exchange a product?
We do not allow for exchanges as all sales are final.
I purchased an item that was on final sale and want to return the item.
Please note the following before placing your order: all sales final.
However, if your merchandise has a defect, we'll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item. Please reach out to us through our Contact Us page and we'll try our best to assist!
I received my order but an item is defective or incorrect.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page within 20 days days of purchase, along with photos of the damaged product(s). Returns that is believed to be defective or incorrect must be received by Sunday Reset within 30 days of your order’s original shipment date. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.Sunday Reset will only accept defective returns for items that are received in their original condition. Accessories, box packaging, and anything else that came with the item must be included as well. If your return does not meet these conditions, you'll be charged a up to 20% re-stocking fee, or have your defective merchandise returned to you. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
How long does shipping and handling take?
Orders are not shipped until we complete a credit verification. If you haven't received your Shipping Confirmation within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our Customer Care as soon as possible. There's a chance we'll need more information from you before processing the order.All domestic orders are usually shipped via UPS, or USPS within 24 business hours of the time you place your order. Please allow 2-7 business days for shipments to arrive. Shipping charges and time will vary depending on the weight and distance of your package from New Jersey. Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00pm EST will begin processing that day. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will not begin processing until the following business day.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping services. We understand the importance of accommodating our customers' needs, and while we aspire to expand our shipping options in the future, we currently do not have the capacity to offer international shipping. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for considering us for your purchase, and we appreciate your understanding regarding our current shipping limitations.
PAYMENT
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, Apple Pay, AmazonPay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
What currencies do you accept?
All orders are charged in USD. Please note that all refunds are issued in USD so any discrepancies in the amount will be due to the conversion rate at the time of processing.
Payment was taken but no order was placed. What should I do?
If you didn't get the confirmation email, it's likely something went wrong and the order was not placed. If you've been charged, we'll automatically refund your money straight away and you should try placing the order again.
If your credit card information was incorrect and your transaction was rejected, it is possible that your credit card company placed a temporary hold on the transaction amount. This hold is typically done to ensure that funds are available in case the transaction is approved at a later time.
However, since the transaction was ultimately rejected due to the incorrect credit card information, the hold should be released, and the pending transaction should disappear from your credit card company's website within 1-7 business days. The exact timeframe may vary depending on your credit card company's policies and procedures.

KLARNA
What is Klarna?
Klarna allows customers to pay over time for transactions with no interest. A soft credit check is required to utilize Klarna, which does not affect your credit score. Additional information is available at Klarna.com.
How do I use Klarna?
At checkout, choose Klarna as your payment method. You will be directed to the Klarna website to register or sign in with an existing account.
Klarna currently accepts all major debit and credit cards (i.e. Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover), but please note that they do not accept prepaid cards. Once you have confirmed payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
What can I use Klarna for?
Klarna can be used to pay for all products excluding Sunday Reset e-gift cards. Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Klarna, and the cart value must be between $35 and $1000.
When will my items be delivered if I use Klarna?
Klarna orders are delivered within our standard shipping time frames based on your shipping destination. Free standard shipping is available for U.S. orders over $100.
How do I return an item purchased with Klarna?
To initiate your return, visit our Returns Center and enter your email address to begin the process. Once your refund has been processed, it can take up to 14 days to reflect in your Klarna account. For more details, please visit Klarna’s FAQs here.
